More daily fixes and tweaks:
-Biomes o Plenty logs should now obey the Crude Axe mining level.
-Biomes o Plenty logs fixed some more to work in the PyroTech system.
-CarryOn blacklist for PyroTech due its blocks glitching out when picked up.
-Twine can be use to craft Pam's Harvestcraft baits
-Pam's Harvestcraft Presser no longer needs metals to craft, so bees can be done earlier (Stone level).
-PyroTech milk buckets now work in Pam's Harvestcraft recipes.
