Changes the Extreme Reactors recipes to be like 1.7.10 Recipes
Blutonium now need to use the Fluid Transposer From Thermal, 3 buckets plus 20k rf to create still requires Cyanite
Basic Angel Ring you need th use Botania(requires 50% of mana pool)
Other Angel Rings Recipes Removed For now(will be readded)
Dont remember if i said this but Ore Gen has been turned down or off from certain mods, as in to many copper nodes tin and others
