Maniacal update 1.7 many new changes and balancing removed wooden tools and stone tools you start out with flint which is equal to stone but slightly faster Progression of tools starts as Flint-Copper-Iron (ALTHOUGH you can still craft stone weapons from Crow's weapon classes) I feel Minecrafts normal progression with wooden tools are pointless since you throw them out right away There will also be Copper armor worse then iron and gives knockback resistance Also more shields you can make a wooden shield then upgrade to copper tweaked "enhanced ai" zombie attack speed now you get iframes instead of them spam attacking Also reduced their range Alongside tweaking skeletons aim Cave generation is also reworked Also added some more small content here and there Such as more special armor sets making all armor sets unique and having their own special use at some point or another alongside some more structure generation, Also working on quest progression with information to help you out
