Removal of Create: Train Perspective Fix

This update is a hotfix that removes the Create: Train Perspective Fix client-side mod. Create now natively supports rotating the player's view when seated, so this mod is redundant and now causes a player's view to rotate twice as fast, which is really annoying.

Note to Server Hosters

This release (6.3.1) does not change anything on the server as these changes are client-side only. There will be no server release. Remember that versions which share the first two numbers (Ex: 6.3.X) are compatible with one another regardless of a posted notice such as this one.
