Magitek Beginnings

Mod changes:
- Removed WorldBorder since it crashes server when riding a boat, and most functionality is built in Forge anyway.
- Added NoFov to prevent field of view changes due to speed totems
- Added NoFog to remove the near bedrock fog
- Updated Reborn Storage
- Updated AutoRegLib
- Updated Natura
- Updated Weirding Gadget
- Updated Wawla
- Updated XL Food Mod
- Updated Biomes O Plenty

Config changes:
- Disable NPC death messages.
- Lag B Gone: Don't clear the Market merchant NPC
- Lag B Gone: Don't squash squids.
- Lag B Gone: Blacklist worms from Actually Additions.
- Lag B Gone: Blacklist a bunch of items, mobs and entities (boats, minecarts, Refined Storage disks, some more bag types)
- Chickens and dinos shouldn't be affected by abilities such as nausea
- Prevent wither, etc. from totems affecting players
- Allow combining 5 totems to get a new random one.
- Increase bits bag size. Make it so e.g. 1 glowstone bit has full light intensity.
