Recipe Tweaks:

• unified machine frames
• disabled many if not all teleportation devices
• removed reliance on killing wither/dragon
• no more disk drive, use colossal chests
• no more bags that allow recursion, ironbackpacks are okay
• no more ability to control weather
• no more wireless transfers of power/fluids/items
  • wireless computing is okay because it makes sense

Mod Tweaks:

removed cyclic for being basically all magic

removed a few other mods that had no purpose, just not needed

updated all mods to most recent versions as of 12/23/18
