Fixes and changes:
- Updated quest log with new shop items and changed the requirements for netherite
- Updated repeated mob kills in quest log to have better rewards
- Added repeatable boss kill rewards
- Divorced certain dimensions from progression through one another
- Added full clear rewards for dimensions
- Added [TPB] Tetra Patchouli Book
- Removed Cataclysm bosses from leveled list

- Looking into changes or fixes for Just Leveling "Counter Attack" skill
- Looking into modifying or adding new Sorcerer sub-races from Ars Scalaes
