Bug Fixes:
-JEI not showing on server (unless joining a single player world beforehand) -> fixed by adding FastWorkbench
-Mana and Artifice: Game is trying to cast mana boost effect on non-player entities -> fixed in latest version (1.1.0.2 and up)
-Vampire Forests Biome not generating -> fixed with latest Biomes O' Plenty 1.16.4 versions

Possible Issues and Fixes when loading a 1.16.3 world:
-Botania: Augments can behave weird -> FIX: Try to remove and place it again into sparks
-Waystones: Some Waystones seem to be deactivated (I guess only the ones on the 'next page') -> FIX: You have to right click every already placed Waystone manually to activate it again (its annoying I know :/)

Adjustments/Tweaks:
-recipe tweaks and adaptations (recipe changes, added JEI info, hiding items in JEI)
-config tweaks (HUD positioning etc.)

New Features:
-Ore Dictionary Converter support currently for Amethyst, Sapphire, Ruby, Silver, Copper (press 'C' in your inventory for converting)
