Config Changes:

• Demon animals will now spawn in Torrid Wasteland biomes (not just "Hell")
• Wither Cow is no longer hurt by nether thornstalks
• Ice & Fire's Bestiary can now be placed in bookshelves
• Removed fairy dust and ore from JEI to avoid confusion (use Ice & Fire's Pixies instead)
• Only one kind of Wither Bone drops now
• Differentiated between Aquamarine from Astral Sorcery and Natural Pledge

Recipe Changes:

• Added Quark pressure plate and chest unifying recipes
• Fixed NetherEX brick crafting ratios
• Made a use for Wither Cow's rare drop
• Added a slab recipe for bowls
