Welcome to the wide open world of Magic!
I wanted to compile some of the best magic mods just to see how they would all play together without any tech (unless you consider Embers tech). The goal of making this pack was to build something of a Hogwarts-style school, or to roleplay Dungeons and Dragons-type scenarios. There's various schools of magic to mix and match as you please - alchemy, sorcery, druidry, astrology, rituals, arithmancy, even the dark arts!
Care has been taken to try to balance the paths as much as possible; some things have been tweaked if they were greatly more powerful than similar options. However, I didn't want to gate anything behind arbitrary requirements. The focus was instead on creating new additional ways to make things rather than just changing recipes. Work isn't yet complete in this aspect; more changes may be coming. Hotkeys have also been zeroed-out to provide a blank slate for choosing only the controls you need, aside from those that many of us are used to like JEI.
