Magic and Metallum Reignited

Added the majority of permanent mods to the pack, this also included removing a few more unstable mods and fixing a few config options. This did include temporarily disabling immersive portals as it was causing instability issues within the pack. ParCool was also removed for now due to a small bug causing infinite looping which will hopefully be looked at in the near future. Other compatibility issues, notably those having to do with crafting conflicts should now have a temporary fix until their recipes are changed in the near future.
