If you are searching for a pack to play with friends focused on magic with plentiful options in endgame, each made viable, then try Magic and Feuding! This pack was made for me and my friends who enjoy magic more than tech mods, so if you prefer the opposite, this probably isn't the pack for you, despite there being some tech. The goal of this pack is to create a challenging pack filled with combat versus hostile mobs and other players, but it won't be as enjoyable in singleplayer.
