It has a total of 87 mods.
First it adds a magic system to Minecraft with the mods, Ars Nouveau, Ars Elemental and Iter RPG.
Ars Nouveau introduces a spell book in which the player can create their own spells, Ars Elemental adds to this.
The modpack also has some mods to add more armour and weapons to the game these include, Knight Quest, Epic Knights and Iter RPG.
An example of an armour set is spider armour from Knight Quest.
There is also a bit of steampunk brought by Create, some create addons and Eureka! Ships! for Valkyrien Skies.
Some examples are that with create you can create farms contraptions and machines,and with Eureka! Ships! for Valkyrien Skies
you can make working air ships and boats.
There is also some mods that just make the base game better by adding biomes and mobs, for example , Biomes O` Plenty, Oh The Biomes You`ll Go,
Critter and Companions and Alex`s Mobs. Some examples of this are the komodo dragon mob added by Alex`s Mobs, and the biome
Ethereal Islands added by Oh The Biomes You`ll Go.
When you start a new world you will be give a couple books that help with information on a couple mods.
You will also get to pick a Origin and a Origin Class since of the Mods Origins, Origin Classes and Bucolic Origins and you will get a ability such as
permanent dolphin's grace since of the mod Everlasting Abilities.
