Welcome to Update 1.0.6

This is a semi-major update which includes numerous updates for existing mods, as well as numerous balance patches. This update is required to join the server. 

 

Patch Notes

-Between Lands  

                Additions:

                Added Windchimes: a new block that can predict weather events

                Added Firefly Lanterns, with several variations

                Added Christmas Baubles, new blocks that appear during the winter event and drop experience when broken

                Added Life Crystal Fragments, which break when used fully and can't be recharged

                Added sounds for Ash Sprites

                Added 4 new advancements: "Gambling Addict," "In the Air Tonight," "#Blessed," and "Thunderstruck!"

 

                Changes:

                Sulfur Torches now extinguish when exposed to rain— use lanterns instead for a more permanent light source!

                Sulfur Torches can be relit with octine ingots

                Life Crystals in chest loot tables have been replace with Life Crystal Fragments

                Many blocks textures for events have been updated to match the previous texture changes

                Ash Sprites now have a cooldown preventing them from clipping through blocks for a few seconds after being hit

                Barrishees now drop damaged life crystals instead of fully charged ones

                Tame Chiromaws sitting on your head can now only be interacted with while sneaking

                Cragrock Tower falling blocks now use the smooth cragrock texture

                Sludgeon Spike Trap Tiles now match better with the rest of the Sludgeon

 

                Fixes:

                Fixed bone wayfinders consuming items in the crafting grid when trying to clear them

                Fixed simulacra disappearing when the block below them was destroyed

                Fixed item aspect hover info not being aligned correctly

                Fixed the Blessed effect appearing in the herblore book

                Fixed some blocks not being able to be pick-blocked in creative mode

                Fixed infestations attacking without line-of-sight and not despawning in Peaceful difficulty

                Fixed stalker paralysis causing fall damage

                Fixed algae needing an adjacent block to be placed on water

                Fixed sulfur furnaces turning off visually despite still having burntime left

 

-Animania Base 

                Fixed crash when only the farm addon farm was used without extra.

 

-Animania Extra Animals 

                Fixed:

                Manual food items now show up properly (credit: Ruukas97)

                The world should no longer crash when not having the extra addon installed (credit: many people)

                The "Squid Spawning in Ocean" config is now part of the base module

 

                Changed:

                Animal Genitalia is now disabled by default, instead of enabled.

 

-Animania Farm

                Fixed:

                Manual food items now show up properly (credit: Ruukas97)

                The world should no longer crash when not having the extra addon installed (credit: many people)

                The "Squid Spawning in Ocean" config is now part of the base module

-Anvil Patch 

                Fixes:

                Fixed a bug where the "ENCHANTMENT ONLY" config setting would not work when repairing a tool with materials.

                Added support for changing the chance that an anvil would be damaged each use.

 

-Chunk Pregen 

                Fixes:

                Fixed: Chunk Deleter stopping PointOfInterest manager and causing a crash/bug where pregenerator could no longer work.

                Fixed: Custom autocomplete options work now again.

                Fixed: Chunk Deleter Tasks having some problems.

               

- Corail Tombstone 

                - new item Grave Plate being the new way to engrave the tombs with anvil (decorative graves are no more engravable in anvil)

                - config to allow to switch grave plate already set on decorative graves

                - removed Soulbound enchants in favor of Rune enchantments

                - only skulls can be used to create decorative graves

                - flatten the curve of knowledge level (the new points wil be directly available)

                - always prevent to disenchant Tetra modular items

                - good alignment players can pray on villager (and minecolonies citizens) to protect them from a future death

                - client config to hide the shield particles on protected villagers

                - config to set the points earned by protecting a villager

                - sub command for tbknowledge to reset the ankh cooldown

                - config to limit to use magic siphon on players

-Electroblobs Wizardry  

                Added:

                Added 3 new armour classes - the sage, the battlemage and the warlock - each in the 8 elemental varieties

                Added resplendent thread, crystal silver plating and ethereal crystalweave, used to upgrade regular armour into class armour

                Added the new armour upgrades to loot tables

                Added recipes for the new armour to JEI, along with info pages for the 3 upgrade items

                Added advancements for the new armour classes

                Added a warning in the config menu and details in the log when redundant config options are detected

                Medium mana flasks now only restore 350 mana, but only require 4 crystals to craft rather than 8

                Mana flask quick use now takes time, with larger flasks taking more time to use

                The weather change forfeit now gets disabled when the invoke weather spell is disabled, fixing issue #554

                Fixed issue #443, where wizardry's custom large fireballs would not damage ghasts, even when bounced back at them

                Fixed issue #464, a crash caused by the Corpse mod inserting null items into entities' drops

                Fixed issue #477, where the font of mana effect wasn't working at all

                Fixed issue #594, where spells still weren't correctly checking if things could be covered in snow

                Fixed issue #600, where a crash would sometimes occur due to remnants' AI having no target

                Removed legendary wizard armour

                Removed arcane seal of protection

                Removed the 'legendary' advancement

                Added information about the new armour classes to The Wizard's Handbook

                Increased total cooldown reduction for warlock armour from 30% to 40%, and battlemage from 15% to 20% (the previous values were broken though)

                Mana flasks no longer take time to use in creative mode

                Fixed armour class cooldowns displaying the total set cooldown on each item, they now display the correct value for each item on its own

                Fixed a problem with combining two sets of spell modifiers, which caused armour cost reductions not to apply in many cases

                Fixed issue #603, where combining multiple sources of cooldown reduction resulted in negative cooldowns, breaking wands

                Fixed issue #608, an error that made it impossible to apply class armour upgrades on dedicated servers

                Fixed issue #610, a syntax error in the Hungarian handbook translation file

                Fixed issue #615, where I accidentally left my startup item model generator code in by mistake :P

                Added support for IC2 Ore Washing Plant.

                Added a new option that allows the disabling of JEI hiding for specific resources.

                Improved Immersive Engineering integration to unify slag and coke oven output.

                Fixed a bug in TechReborn integration causing some machines not to be unified.

                Rewrote Forestry Carpenter integration, it now rewrites the recipes instead of removing them.

                Fixed a problem where recipes would have the same name causing one to be removed.
