Lovkar's MineColonies Ultimate 1.6.24

• Talking Colonists 2.1.0-beta.1 (still a beta): a big update to the talking citizens. Config presets (Free Tier / Paid Key / Quiet Colony) and a personality picker in the config screen, a per-player limit on how often citizens speak up on their own, new options to type to the citizen you are talking to and to start a conversation without the talking device, and a Colony Handbook item. Complaints now build up with how long a problem lasts and ease in gradually, and the citizens of a new colony start out hopeful instead of angry. Colonist Errands 3.0.0-beta.3 keeps working with it.
• Hellim's Elytra Slot: a dedicated Curios slot for the Elytra, so Elytra, armor and backpacks can be worn together. Flying works as in vanilla.
• Elytra Trims: armor trims, patterns and dyes for the Elytra.
• Chimes: wind chimes that make soft ambient sounds in your base.
• MmmMmmMmmMmm: a target dummy that shows damage numbers and can wear armor.
• The Sound of Rain: rain sounds different depending on what it lands on, plus some thunder.
• Enhanced Boss Bars: a new look for boss bars. It needs Cloth Config, which is added as well.
• Small updates: Collective 8.46 (spawner and startup fixes) and a rebuilt BlockUI 1.0.212.

Everything else is as in 1.6.23.

If you run your own server: Enhanced Boss Bars, The Sound of Rain and Cloth Config are client-side only and can stay off the server. The other new mods belong on both sides.

Heads-up if you update mods by hand: Cultural Delights 0.19 now includes everything Cook's Collection had and refuses to start together with it. The pack stays on Cultural Delights 0.18.1 and Cook's Collection for now, so please do not update Cultural Delights on its own in an instance of this pack.

Known issue: if you use Talking Colonists with your own Gemini key and the game or server crashes with CitizenPromptViewFactory in the crash report, set enablePlayerGreetingPregen: false in config/yacl-mc_talking.json5. Citizens still greet you, but they make up the greeting on the spot instead of preparing it in advance.
