Lovkar's MineColonies Ultimate 1.6.12

Two small, quiet additions:

• Safepaths (MineColonies): players, and your colonists and visitors, wear dirt paths into the ground where they keep walking the same route, so a colony slowly grows its own roads.
• Cats Don't Care (CDC): cats find cozy spots around your world to sit and sleep.

Nothing else changed from 1.6.11.
