Lovkar's MineColonies Ultimate 1.6.10

Another small dependency-update release: Structurize, Trade Post for MineColonies, and MezzConfig (the library behind JEI's config screen) are bumped to their latest versions. Nothing about Voyager or the other Lovkar mods changed since 1.6.9.

Trade Post gets a new wish, "Wish You Were Here", which can bring back a citizen who has died since you update - and the Hills style gains a Farm, Fisher and Bakery.

Nothing else changed from 1.6.9.
