Lovkar's MineColonies Ultimate 1.6.9

A dependency-update release - MineColonies itself, the Byzantine Styles Pack, and a handful of other mods (Distant Horizons, Sophisticated Backpacks, JEI, Ars Elemental, Ars Nouveau, Crabber's Delight, FTB Library) are all bumped to their latest versions. Nothing about Voyager or the other Lovkar mods changed since 1.6.8.

A few of the fixes that came along: sophisticated backpacks no longer show up white after a chunk reloads, breaking a block like a waystone or an iron door without a pickaxe no longer deletes it, and colonists spamming a "failed to bury" message should be gone.

Nothing else changed from 1.6.8.
