Lothlorian's Medieval Pack

A couple changes of note for this one. 

-Lots of mods updated, not a big deal.

-Added the Dramatic Doors mod, figured it matched the theme. 

-Attempted to add the create cannons mod but it crashed.  I'll try again after it updates again maybe. 

-Replaced the Xaeros Fair Play minimap with the regular one.  This may replace your nether map (it did mine on my server).  Waypoints were unaffected.  This change was made due to the Nether map only rendering the top of the bedrock, and none of the nether proper.  Personally, I liked the minimap without player or entity markers that the Fair Play version had, but not having any map for the Nether was deemed worse.  The mod creator for  Xaeros is working on server side configs that would allow that sort of thing to be turned on or off from the server configs, which may eventually fix that.  You can still turn it off locally. 

 -Updated to current Forge version.
