*Changed recipe path to get Bigger Reactor's graphite ingots. Instead of smelting coal, you must first pulverize coal with Create's crushing wheel to get graphite dust, then smelt the dust to get ingots. This fixes coal shift clicking into the wrong slot, and encourages mod interaction
*Fixed Biomes O' Plenty rose quartz chunks not sanding into polished rose quartz
