Loads O' Mods pack

A Vanilla+ style pack with the addition of some light factorization and dimensional shenanigans.
What's new
- Added some QoL mods
- Added some dependencies for Dungeon's Mobs (libraries and weapons)
- Adjusted default configs to better benefit survival (Dodging is more balanced, thirst isn't so prevalent, other stone types will generate in small patches again)
+ Tested in LAN, working great so long as you don't change certain video settings mid-game
Todo:
+ Add FTB quests to explain more advanced (wiki) mod progression
+ Look for more obscure mods that improve QoL and smaller aspects of gameplay
+ Make some nice logos, loading screen, etc
