YOU NEED TO USE A FORGE VERSION THAT IS FOR 1.16.5 AND IT ALSO NEEDS TO BE forge-36.2.23 AT MINIMUM.

(The client-side mods that you can keep but also you could delete are: Xaeros_Minimap_22.1.2_Forge_1.16.5.jar,

XaerosWorldMap_1.20.0_Forge_1.16.5.jar, and Ding-1.16.5-1.3.0.jar, therefore if you delete them, you should

delete their respective config files on the config folder).
