Doc W's Little Bit-O-Everything

Valhelsia Core and Structures were removed to fix issues. Not much is lost however, the mods were only added to add additional structures to the game.

Please restart worlds as Valhelsia added some blocks too, which, in a loaded world, no longer exists.


This should be the final minor fix for a good while.
