Another QoL update before V6.5 I am just making sure i left it off at a good & stable version.

# Changes

- Linggango questline is now visible for everyone.

- Nerfed hardmode HP buff.

# Fixes

- Fixed doppelganger questline not registering.

- Fixed entities that have 'dragon' in their name having crazy amounts of health.

- Fixed another false kinetic link being left-in.

**Note:** Etherium core is currently bugged and might cause your game to crash. This issue has been fixed in v6.5
