Reduced the XP turn-in requirement from 640,000 to 32,000 (95%!)
Corrected the prerequisites for a few quests to keep them hidden when they are supposed to be hidden.

SILENT GEAR MATERIALS
ADDED
Source Gems - an easily obtainable, highly enchantable, and self-repairing material. Synergizes very well with other materials!
Subzero Crystal - a rare, moderate-durability material that can be used to make Frost Walker boots, or tools that let you place ice at durability cost!
Therium Crystal - a very rare (though easily farmable) material that can be used to create End Stone at the cost of a bit of durability.
Experience Crystal - A very rare, but extremely enchantable material that gives lots of extra XP when used as a tip upgrade.

ADJUSTED
Hemolymph (Coating) - Increased melee damage boost (5 -> 6) and reduced durability penalty (x0.7 -> x0.8)
Fluffy Blocks (Main) - Increased armor protection and durability. De-blacklisted helmet, chestplate, and leggings. (3 -> 8, 6x -> 9x)
Pendorite (Coating) - Reduced armor durability and protection spectacularly (0.75x -> 0.2x, 1x -> 0.2x). This is to reflect Pendorite's usage in its parent mod.
Ametrine (Coating) - Reduced tool durability, harvest speed, attack damage, and ranged accuracy (All reduced to 0.2x). Also greatly reduced attack speed (subtracted 1). This is to reflect Ametrine's usage in its parent mod.
