Added recipe to craft Frost Magma (Mixing: 2x Magma Block + 3x Subzero Crystal Shard)
Added recipe using "Shark Teeth" (Crushing: tag #lightweightadventures:shark_teeth" into 6-9 Bone Meal apiece).
Added #supplementaries:ropes to Decorative Hemp Ropes (IE). You can use these to fill a Rope Arrow's inventory now.

QUESTS

Corrected the Coke Oven and Crude Blast Furnace assembly quests showing "No Structure Found".
Fixed several quests so they are correctly completable.

SILENT GEAR MATERIALS

Slightly nerfed Ametrine; now provides Stellar IV and Moonwalker III instead of V and IV respectively.
Slightly buffed Pendorite; now also gives Malleable II.
