With this lighter weight mod pack exploration is provided through the planets of Advanced Rocketry to The Betweenlands and the lovecraftian worlds of Abysscraft. For magic, there is Magic Arsenal and Botania along with ExtraBotany allowing players to get some very powerful items if they can beat the Gaia fights. There is also an added element of challenge and progression provided by combining the First Aid and the Level Up HP mods with Unnatural Absorption to help provide a buffer for balance as well as Improved Skills 3 to add to that sense of progression.
