The LexTube Let's Build modpack as used by Lex in his Let's Build series on Youtube! This pack is the new continuation from the original LexTube pack, designed purely around the idea of building creatively with many fun features and also different ways to make machines. It's not a very neutral or universal pack like many larger known modpacks, and it even includes many tweaks in configs (such as removing most snow biomes).
Despite it being made for mostly creative use, it can still be used for playing in survival mode if you so desire.
