This project is continuously expanding over time and is built around the Create mod.

For those unfamiliar with it, Create is a Minecraft mod focused on mechanical engineering, automation, and creative problem-solving. Instead of simply adding machines that work instantly, Create lets players build moving contraptions using gears, belts, shafts, wheels, presses, drills, and many other mechanical parts. It gives players the tools to design factories, farms, trains, elevators, doors, and all kinds of animated builds in a very hands-on and visual way.

The modpack also includes Create: Aeronautics, an ambitious addon that expands on Create’s mechanical systems by introducing airships and more advanced moving contraptions. This gives players even more freedom to build large functional vehicles and experiment with movement, transportation, and engineering on a much bigger scale.

Alongside these, the pack includes several carefully selected addons that enhance the Create experience and give players more things to do beyond vanilla Minecraft, while still preserving the familiar vanilla feel. The goal is not to turn the game into a completely different experience, but to expand Minecraft in a way that feels natural.

Quality-of-life mods are included as well, such as JEI, Xaero’s Minimap, and Xaero’s World Map. JEI, or Just Enough Items, helps players view recipes and understand how items are crafted, which is especially useful when playing with mods that add many new blocks and components. Xaero’s Minimap adds a small map to the screen to help with navigation, while Xaero’s World Map provides a larger map interface for exploring, marking locations, and keeping track of the world.

This modpack was designed with a specific vision in mind: giving players the option to progress through the Create mod, follow the vanilla Minecraft route, or combine both paths naturally. Players can focus on building traditional vanilla bases, farms, and adventures, or they can dive into Create’s mechanical systems and build complex automated contraptions. Both playstyles are intended to feel valid.

We intentionally avoided mods like Jade or Storage Drawers because they can make the experience feel more heavily modded than intended. While those mods are useful, they also change the feeling of the game by adding extra information overlays or powerful storage systems that move the pack away from the simpler vanilla-style experience we are aiming for.

This pack is for players who want to build, explore, automate, and create an awesome world together without losing the spirit of vanilla Minecraft.

We are not currently planning to make this project public or large-scale, as it is still under development. However, we are open-minded about its future.
