As with vanilla minecraft, players can explore the world at their leisure, but with random chances of some mobs having unexpected behaviour. Plus protect your loot from players on servers with lockable chests, and never get lost with a built in minimap and waypoints!
Faster leaf decay stops those anti-gravity leaves hanging around and a few general all purpose performance increases are a good thing too.
