What's new
This is the new build, called 4.0. In this build, a lot has changed. The pack was completely rebuilt from scratch and got a new pack picture/logo. Also, options.txt was changed so you now have unlimited frames and no V-Sync on by default; this is to show how much FPS the pack actually gives.
Test Hardware: Intel® UHD Graphics 770
Settings: 1920x1080p, Fancy Settings, 16 Render Distance, 12 View Distance.

*Note: This is not professionally done in any way, these are just my own results. Performance will vary depending on your specific hardware setup. The Vulkan build is currently an unofficial beta testing a newer API; it offers higher peak FPS without shader support, but may have mod compatibility issues.
