HUGE Update.

ADDED: Many, MANY performance mods and RTG/Geographicraft, A number of utilties. Final list will be made available when testing is concluded and any issues are resolved.

REMOVED: Base Metals, Enhanced Armaments, Spartan Weaponry (These three are being replaced with Advanced Lootable Weapons, which has a required fix in it's next update before I can include it.)
MkUltra - Removed in place of serverside plugins which perform similar features in a less clunky and intrusive manner.
