Remember that survival is your main priority.

This lightweight modpack features a deadly fungal infection (Fungal Infection: Spore + Infestation Expansion), Lost Cities ruins, guns & tactical gear (TaCZ and addons), new enemies, traps, and apocalyptic decorations for a true post-outbreak experience.

REMEMBER

The recommended difficulty is Hard or Normal. Playing on lower difficulties can make the experience dull.

It's a simple, focused mod pack built around surviving the infection for as long as possible in a ruined world.
