VANILLA BACKPORT, WHY??

All backport mods have been removed because Vanilla backport broke every recipe that included #minecraft:planks. I have no idea why. 

CHANGES:

Removed all backport items from blacklist as they no longer exist.
Removed texture pack backported Minecraft music replacement as they no longer exist.
Removed Drowning Visuals
