Added Extra Utilities, and configured it to remove redundant features.
Things like the Deep Dark, sickles, and overpowered weapons are disabled, however Grid Power and the item pipes remain, as they're simple enough, and convenient.
Notably, golden lassos will allow you to move your prehistoric creatures around without much fuss, and should make it easy to create prehistoric mammals with an
animal mother, already in an enclosure, without having to spend ages coaxing them around.

Updated [Backport] 1.13 Bubble Columns for 1.12, CraftTweaker, and WanionLib.

Disabled dinosaur breeding by default in Fossils and Archaeology, to make enclosures easier to manage.
Added a recipe for steel ingots, which seems to have been left out of Dungeon Tactics by mistake.
Just cook steel dust in a furnace.
