Creating global waystones is now enabled by default. (This allows you to share them with the server in multiplayer. Normally this is creative only.)
Dinosaurs and other prehistoric mobs can no longer break blocks by default.

Barakoa (Mowzie's Mobs) now only spawn on the surface at night by default.

Significantly reduced Purpur Guard and Endermite spawn rates in End Reborn.
Purpur Guards were SWARMING the central island during the Ender Dragon fight, turning it into an unfair bullet hell.
The Mutant Endermen are dangerous enough.

Disabled the Vortex affix for Champions mobs.
It's really just extremely annoying, forcing you to fight certain mobs AND sucking you into melee range, which can lead to totally unfair deaths
in places like the Nether or the End.

Added Concrete Conversion, a small mod that lets you make concrete from concrete powder by throwing the item in water, instead of placing it.
Added Just a Basic Concrete Mod, a small mod that adds concrete stairs, slabs, walls, fences, bricks, etc.
Added Chicken Chunks, a small mod that adds a block which will keep chunks loaded for you.
Added Bibliocraft, a common mod that adds a number of useful decorative items, largely relating to books.
