Added a custom recipe for podzol, to approximate functionality from later versions where giant spruce trees would create podzol.
Surround a spruce sapling with 8 dirt to make 8 podzol.

Significantly reduced the quantity and size of groups of silverfish trap blocks in the Beneath.
Mutant Beasts can now spawn in the Beneath.

Dynamic Surroundings:
Nether sandstorms are now disabled by default.
Random wolf sounds(that aren't actually associated with any real wolves) are now also disabled.

Added Extra Rails, a small mod that adds five new types of minecart rails.

Removed Fire Spread Tweaks and replaced it with Controlled Burn, with an equivalent config.
The one change is that fire can now break the block it spawned on, but it will never spread.
On servers this fixes an issue where if doFireTick was suddenly, automatically set to true
for any reason, your house would burn down out of nowhere, as Controlled Burn does not touch doFireTick, or require it to be false.
Controlled Burn's config can be deleted to enable regular fire spread, and it even has an option to force fire to pass a line of sight check when spreading.
