Misc changes:

Added three new Doomlike Dungeons dungeon types; one in the Overworld, one in the Beneath, and one in the Nether.

Replaced Better Combat Rebirth with Better Spartan Combat because of the addition of Spartan Weaponry. Functionality is equivalent.

QuiverBow Restrung bows and crossbows are disabled, to avoid redundancy with Spartan Weaponry equivalents.

Mithril now only generates in the Beneath. This will hopefully make it feel more special, and make it harder to acquire.

Removed Grappling Hook mod. For some reason, a conflict with Booster Rockets has appeared that causes the
texture of one of its items to be transplanted to booster rockets...
I don't get it.

Removed Ethical Arrows(mod is unsupported), and simply added its custom recipes to the game with MineTweaker RecipeMaker instead.
In addition, new recipes using Vilespine(Defiled Lands), Fly Wings(Erebus), and Bone Shards(Erebus) in every possible combination with iron nuggets and paper were added.
This also includes a Vilespine + Fly Wing recipe.

Spartan Weaponry extra arrow and bolt types are disabled. Regular bolts, however, can also be crafted with paper or fly wing fletching.

Added more stupid splash messages and tips.

Quark Explosive Arrows no longer destroy tiles by default.

Mobs in the Beneath now receive +25% damage and HP(previously they had no modifier).

The Progressive Difficulty config does not scale difficulty over time, and most modifiers are disabled.
Instead, mobs simply get tougher the further you go from spawn, and the more people are nearby.
