Added new recipes for redstone paste and sticky comparators/repeaters using Swet Balls and Foul Slime
Also added recipes for magma cream using Swet Balls and Foul Slime while I was at it

Disabled use of Life Shards in the Aether due to their allowing the player to become quite overpowered.
Reduced spawnrate of Aechor Plants.
Set Zephyr spawnrate to 900. I don't recall if the modpack previously had it set to 175 or 1000, but this value proved more reasonable during testing.

Increased Clay Soldier search range to 64, from 16. This was done so that they can function in very large arenas.

Removed Simple Diving Gear due to extremely glitchy behavior.
