Lancer City

Skipping to Version 5.0, had a couple other attempts that failed horribly.
Modpack has been revamped with new mods and taking some mods out, making the modpack to have much of the same variety however much more stability over the previous versions.

Please see new Modlist to see whats in this pack versus the last two files.

Using this Version will require a new World file if your running a private server.
