Notes:

Immediate maintenance release to resolve issues with Create that occurred when it was updated. Rolled that back, and now grabbed some updates. Removed setworldspawn because the person that commissioned this wants random spawn. Removed expanded combat mod for being buggy in all of its versions.

Removed the stamina/energy bar difficulty. Rebalanced hunger and thirst times to take much longer to make life difficult for you.

Removed friendly endermite for too much console spam that I think is causing slowdown on server connections.
