Quick patch. I've attempted 4 times now to fix the Better Diving spawnrate, but it's only gotten worse. Even after DISABLING spawns, they flood the ocean. Might be a compatibility issue with Multi Mob Library. Going to remove for now until the author finds a fix for the other people having the issue.
Removed Mods:
Better Diving (hopefully temporarily)
