Kingdom of Ash is a realistic medieval survival/RPG modpack I’ve been working on. I wanted this one to feel like you’re actually living in a medieval world instead of just playing normal Minecraft with some medieval stuff added. You’ll be able to create parties, form guilds, and team up with other players while everyone takes on their own role in the world. I’m also working toward having a bunch of different jobs and ways to trade, so people can actually specialize in something and rely on other players instead of everybody doing everything themselves. Exploration and survival are also going to be a much bigger part of the pack. There’s better combat, archaeology, advancements, seasons, animations, weapons, armor and plenty of other changes to make the world feel more alive and actually give you reasons to go out and explore. When you go down, you don’t immediately die either. Other players can come over and revive you, which makes traveling, fighting and exploring together actually matter. It can even work in Hardcore if you want to make things a lot more difficult. There is also a progression system right now that changes what you can do as you get further into the game, although I’m still deciding how much of that I want to keep. The pack is still being worked on, and there’s going to be a lot more added as I go. Build a home. Pick a trade. Form a guild. Explore the world.
