Edit of various UI configs

Removal of light overlay in favour of "more overlays updated" (redundant mod)

Removal of "simple cloud" (was disabled, would rather use shaders)

Removal of craftweaker and others (in favour of KubeJS)

Removal of "# Passive Skill Tree Additions" (I think it only gives a button that I disabled?)
