Config changes:
- Disabled some quark crates (duplicates)
- Dramatically improved the rate of spawns for pigs, chickens, cows, rabbits, and sheep (cap limited to 100 in the world per mob to prevent runaway laggy spawns)
- Unified all the ores, plates, ingots, nuggets, dusts, and blocks!
