Rose Gold Alloy now requires a heated mixer but requires half as much material as non-mixer recipe
Crude Steel is now slightly less efficient to craft (reduced recipe output from 3 to 2)
Steel Ingots can now be made with a heated mixer, which is more efficient and skips Crude Steel stage
Fixed missing script to reduce copper ore drops

To do:
Add Rose Gold Simply Swords weapons (will be a custom mod)
Add short tutorial to guide basic progression changes
Rebalance Cataclysm weapons
Convert BetterNether and BetterEnd recipes to use Overgeared smithing (maybe)
