Removed.
Journey Maps has been removed and will no longer be included as FTB Chunks includes mini map and full map along with waypoints and everything else you may need already rendering Journey Maps redundant.
If a mini map does not automaticly show up then you can enable it by pressing "M" while in game, heading to the cog icon and scrolling till you find the option to enable it.
