Thallasium is the base for all gear on the left and middle, while on the right is Enderite, the most powerful of them all!
The end dimension has also seen a massive overhaul. It's nothing like vanilla and yet still fairly vanilla-friendly.
Copper now has tools and platinum is a new ore used to upgrade gold. Pigsteel on the right is essentially nether iron.

Of course the overworld got some love too. Biomes in desperate need of an upgrade got a makeover, namely swamps, dark forests & beaches.
It's also even more beautiful than ever before!
Probably my favourite BetterEnd biome, the megalake & megalake grove!
