Version 1.4.8 expands the modpack's building and decoration selection, updates numerous gameplay and utility mods, improves configuration support for existing features, and refreshes several performance, world-generation, and interface dependencies.

This release includes 11 newly added mods, 26 updated mods, and 3 removed mods.

New Content — Furniture and Decorations

The largest content expansion in this release focuses on furniture, architectural detailing, interior design, and decorative building options.

Added Mods:

• MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod (Legacy) — Adds additional functional and decorative furniture for residential and interior builds.

• Re - Vanilla Furniture — Introduces furniture designed to complement Minecraft's vanilla aesthetic.

• Fantasy's Furniture — Expands building possibilities with fantasy-inspired decorative furniture.

• MDM (formerly Modern Decorations Mod) — Adds modern decorative options for contemporary buildings and interiors.

• Homestyled | A Cozy Furniture Mod — Provides additional cozy, stylized furniture and household decorations.

• Valhelsia Furniture — Introduces more furniture and building decorations.

• Another Furniture — Expands the selection of vanilla-style furnishings.

• Immersive Furniture — Adds more options for furnishing detailed and immersive environments.

• XK's Decoration — Introduces additional decorative building blocks and architectural detailing.

New Supporting Libraries:

• Valhelsia Core — Added as a supporting library for Valhelsia-related content.

• Forgified Fabric API — Added as an API compatibility dependency.

These additions provide more variety for building homes, laboratories, visitor centers, shops, facilities, and other custom structures.

Configuration and System Improvements

World Saving and Server Maintenance

• Updated the Smooth Chunk Save mod.

• Added configuration support for detecting and repairing broken points of interest (POIs).

• Enabled broken-POI detection and repair in the supplied configuration.

• Enabled logging for POI repair operations.

• Retained the existing chunk-save delay and chunk-unload limits.

Recipe Browsing and JEI

• Updated the JEI configuration format for the newer included release.

• Added support for improved recipe bookmark handling.

• Enabled bookmarking recipe outputs as recipes.

• Retained drag-to-rearrange bookmark functionality.

• Enabled additional ingredient-tag tooltip functionality.

• Enabled JEI toast reflow to help avoid notification overlap.

• Added grindstone and ingredient-tag categories to the configured recipe category order.

• Preserved Jurassic Reborn's custom JEI recipe categories.

Starter Kits and Tree Harvesting

• Updated Collective, Starter Kit, and Tree Harvester configurations to their newer formats.

• Reorganized their configuration files into the config/serilum/ directory structure.

• Preserved the existing starter-kit definitions and associated description files.

• Added configuration options for expanded starter-kit management.

• Added additional Tree Harvester options, including tool whitelist support.

Equipment and Item Configuration

• Updated Enderdragon Loot's configuration schema.

• Added explicit configuration for Dragon horse armor protection.

• Added explicit configuration for Dragon tool mining speed.

• Expanded configurable attribute ranges for Dragon armor and equipment.

Memory Recommendations

• Adjusted the modpack's recommended memory allocation from 13,184 MB to 10,016 MB.

• Preserved Minecraft 1.20.1 and Forge 47.4.20 compatibility settings.

Removed Mods

The following mods are no longer included:

• Decocraft — Removed from the modpack.

• Decocraft Nature — Removed from the modpack.

• Macaw's Betters — Removed from the modpack.

The new furniture and decoration additions provide alternative options for creative building and environment customization.

Additional Changes

• Updated the modpack's displayed name to Jurassic World Reborn Official Server.

• Updated the exported modpack manifest and mod list.

• Added configuration files associated with the new furniture and decoration mods.

• Retained the existing custom ambience music files.

• Retained the existing server-list configuration.

• Retained the existing WorldEdit schematic collection.

• Maintained the same Minecraft version and Forge loader version.

Important Update Notes

Players upgrading an existing installation should back up their worlds before updating.

Existing worlds containing blocks from removed mods may be affected. In particular, blocks and items originating from Decocraft, Decocraft Nature, or Macaw's Betters may no longer be available after updating.

For multiplayer installations, ensure that the server and connecting clients use matching modpack versions and required dependencies.

Version 1.4.8 is a cumulative content, dependency, and configuration update building on version 1.4.6.
