Journey to the Core

KNOWN ISSUES:
* It is known that the player may not respawn in the correct place if a block is placed where they set their spawn from. Make sure to leave open space around your spawn so you can properly go back to your bed after you die

Bug Fixes:
* Removed the recipe for Stone Shears (the recipe was never properly deleted)
* The Chance Icosahedron now uses regular Chance Cube values instead 100 and -100. They should now give any reward available instead of the same few
* Fixed a number of ProjectE recipes that should have been disabled and added missing recipes
* Switched the recipe for TurkeyUtils Pan to require bricks instead of Iron. This will fix the Iron Gear recipe overlap
* Lime crops now increase air quality (yes, they still drop wheat seeds. That is Turkey2349's fault :) )
* Fixed Sprinkler recipe to be craftable

Enhancements:
* File cleanup
* Got rid of all the script blank space
* Changed version on the title screen to match current version
* Changed the colors of the loading screen to be much cooler
* Added rotated Tinkers' Blank Pattern recipe
* Cleaned up a number of items that should be shown in NEI
* Removed the Witch of the Wind since it was extremely difficult to deal with and killed the player in most situations encountered
* Added a bunch of new items to smelt into blood
* Added Fuel Efficiency to the EnderIO Enchanter
* Fixed the Simply Jetpacks GUI text to not overlap other text on screen
* Added more quest text to the bed quest to alert players they can place and use beds in any dimension. Also alerted players to not place blocks where they set their spawn
